To start these boots was exceptional but they have started to fall apart after 8 months I had hoped they would of lasted a lot longer

I have neither received the boots nor a refund. When I ordered the boots I had assumed that all of my details were correct because I had ordered boots from you in 2020 (CAT7396WEB) and they were delivered to my current address. After I placed the order I realised that it was to be delivered to an address that I have not lived at for 8 years. I immediately realised the mistake and sent an email telling you of the problem. I got a reply saying it was too late to do anything about it and that it was all my fault anyway. I double checked on the royal mail tracking at the end of the delivery date and it said: 'Returned to Sender ...unable to deliver this item at 16-04-2024 as the recipient refused to accept it' So I expected either that you would be sending it to the correct address or to contact me for details of a refund. Neither has happened so far. I pointed out in one of my previous emails that I'll not be buying from you again, basically because you are quick to blame the customer for any mistakes made. Unsurprisingly, I'm sticking to that promise. If I need boots in the future I will buy them from a reputable shop. .
Very comfortable and I would say there more shower proof than water proof as there’s no liner coming up the tongue so unless your boots are on tight water will get in got my feet wet jet washing my wagon but only a little bit but otherwise there great 👍🏻

I bought these and the Bearing style. These are lightweight on the feet and perfectly comfortable. I recommend these rather than tge Bearing style. These also look great on.
A bit small , I can feel the steel toe. The rest is very comfortable.
