SAVER DELIVERY
We offer FREE Saver delivery for all orders using Standard Delivery. Orders will normally arrive between 3-5 working days. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 5-6 working days to arrive. Any orders placed on a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday, will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We offer Next Day delivery of £7.99. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will normally arrive the next working day. To ensure next working day delivery; orders will need to be submitted before 4pm Mon - Fri. Next day delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 2 - 3 working days to arrive.
Working Days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

TRACKING ORDERS
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Depending on the shipping option you chose tracking will be available at www.parcelforce.com, www.royalmail.com or www.evri.com, your email will direct you to the correct carrier.
Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1-2 days. Local weather conditions can also affect delivery time.
At this time, we ship orders to mainland UK & Scottish Highlands & Islands. We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, EU, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses
SATURDAY DELIVERIES
Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Saturday.
BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Over national UK bank holidays delivery will be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take 3-5 working days to be delivered.
DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order more than one item, they could be dispatched from different locations and therefore arrive at different times. You will receive dispatch notifications from the courier with tracking for each individual parcel.
