Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.2 / 5 from 9 reviews.
I have shopped with this store for work clothes for myself and my team,?id like to think that we were longstanding loyal customers. This 1 set of boots (among many) arrived with a factory defect, car is a great brand and this has been the first product of 100’s that has been faulty. When I tried to return them as faulty the customer service was just awful. I cannot believe how absolutely awful they are, I wish I’d been dealing with a call centre in India because these guys are unhelpful, untrained and just useless. How on earth was I supposed to take a decent picture of the inside of the toe of a steel toecap boot??? 4 weeks after the complaint, still no sign of a refund. I’m utterly disappointed.
Great boots!! Although I have a wide feet, they still fit perfectly!
This is my husband’s second pair, he loves them… He said the fit is better and the insoles are better than his previous pair- exceptional quality and value for money when you need to wear them a lot!
Nice
So far so good. Comfortable to wear. In them everyday, all day at the moment so will have to see how long they will last
A good quality boot but as with all safety boots the steel toe cap hurts your feet because the steel insert is not ergonomically designed.
The quality of CAT products is perfect. Size is perfect as well .
